Service is at its worst now. It used to be good but now customer experience team does not properly support. As of carpenter, he was totally new to work. Doesnt understand work and his measurements were wrong, numerous issues in work, substandard material used and no invoice for material provided. Cabinet allignment is out, huges spaces left within cabinet doors. cocroaches and mouse can easily travel between cabinets after this work done by Mahir. Extremly disappointing.

This app is very useful but service provider (plumber, electrician etc) can ask money whatever they want. I have experienced this several times the amount written in app is different than the person is asking from me and it differs thousand of rupees not a small amount. They say we have to give commission to maahir app. But customers call for services only after looking prices that are written on app.

The prices are too much higher than the market rate. I did the same work a few months ago for 450, but now you're charging me 1100, which is unfair. If you don't value your customers' money, perhaps you should consider alternative service providers.

Their rates don't define minimum order needed. They will cancel the order if they want. I placed an order for 600, got it done and the next day, they suddenly added a minimum order requirement for 1000. Unprofessional and pathetic behavior from their team. EDIT: Got a call from their QA Team. Professionally resolved my problem. Thank you, Mahir team.

Mahir isn't professional at all. I had multiple bad experiences with them. First, I requested a paint service, but Mahir painter misguided me, and as a result, the paint started to crack just within a month, and it seeme like I hhadwasted my money. After contacting the painter and Mahir, like always, they aren't ready to fix the issue but wasting my time. Furthermore, I had booked twice deep cleaning bathroom service, and every time they failed to provide me a service man and give lame excuse
