There are several problems. First, I can't change my phone number on account settings. Second, tried to sign up with a new email and it says "can't fetch data from the server" on the main menu. Tried using this app on my friend's phone with my friend's account and it worked just fine. Hope this problems solved really soon because this app really helps and easy to use if it not beacuse of this problems.

I've had some problems with this app. Firstly, I can't even login with my email address that's registered/used for my account on this app anymore & this has happened since around last year. & Whenever I try to change the email, it always fails! Secondly, I feel uncomfortable with how you sometimes keep asking me to login again from scratch with my phone number. This isn't convenient at all & it's annoying. Each users should be able to stay logged in whether they use the app regularly or not.

Bought a ticket using astrapay, and the transaction was successful but the QR Code ticket didnt appear on app. So I paid, but didnt get the ticket. Already tried to report to CS via WA but the solving process is very long, it took more than 3 days, and after all they said that my transaction was FAILED (but I have screenshot proof that transaction was success on Astrapay).. you need to fix your system !

Main function functions really well, but it's trying to be something it shouldn't. Please stick to just selling tickets and showing schedule, don't bloat the application up. I don't mind there being advertisement, but please don't make it a pop up. Other than that, this app is nice. Just please remove all the unnecessary stuffs and stick to MRT related things like tickets and schedules.

Buggy application even at the basic level to confirm the OTP when registering. Cannot validate the OTP which I have tried repeatedly and input correctly as is from the whatsapp. Then I closed the app to re-register again, and now my email and number already stuck at your bad system and cannot be used again. Please fix this buggy app!

This app is far away from develop, previously this app so easy to but mrt ticket, but currently it's just too complicated, lesser payment options and the "developer enable" thingy on a new version, it's just stupid , not everybody knows how to deal with It, it's just bad! Complicated!!!
