About this app
The Microsoft 365 Admin App enables you to be productive from anywhere. The app allows you to receive critical notifications, add users, reset passwords, manage devices, create support requests, and more-all while you’re on the go.
Who should use this app? People with an admin role to a Microsoft 365 or Office 365 enterprise or business subscription.
What can I do with this app?
• Add, edit, block, or delete users, reset passwords, assign roles, or manage aliases & devices.
• Add groups, edit groups, and add or remove users from groups.
• View all available and assigned licenses, assign licenses to users, add or remove licenses, view and download invoices.
• Check the status of existing support requests, take actions on them, or create new ones.
• Monitor the health of all services and view active incidents in Service Health.
• Stay on top of all the upcoming changes and announcements via the Message Center feed.
• Get push notifications about important information related to service health, message center, and billing.
The app supports dark theme and is available in 39 languages. And if you're someone who is responsible for managing more than one tenant, you can sign-in to multiple tenants and quickly switch between them.

What's New
As part of this release, Admins will now receive real-time notifications on their mobile devices when Copilot license requests are submitted — enabling quicker response and streamlined license management on the go.

When I first install and launch the app, it works perfectly. But when I close the app then launch it later, it never loads, but tells me there's no connection. I've tried various wifi locations and no wifi (cellular) and get the same error message. I've tried temporarily disabling firewalls and anti virus, but still no luck.

This app is fine for some basic user tasks like password reset or lockout. But! This app is constantly running in the background and crashing. Its done this on 3 different phones with multiple versions of Android. It's random. You'll be doing something like reading email or surfing a web page and up pops the crash error. And then it restarts itself. Worked on stability my a... Go find some people who can actually write software that works and doesn't crash all the time for no reason.

Only slightly better experience than trying to the the admin pages through a mobile browser. Requires access to contacts for some reason. I think when I searched for users the app tried my contacts first, then I had to click a "find more users in cloud" button. Seems dumb. Users section doesn't seem to have a OneDrive section to force a log out of active sessions. Why is it missing? Your guess is as good as mine. Also had an issue with text not fully drawing when scrolling. Just kinda funny.

After entering my email address, it just loads continuously with a blue circle. Google VPN is turned off, which often causes issues with M365 apps. Edit: I've emailed this over to feedback365 Edit2: After some back and forth with sending details to the team two months ago, the issue is still there.

just another awfull ms product. on mainscreen offers only few optoons, everything else accessible trough search, but search is broken, so called "app" freezes after typing every character, and then crashes

The app just spin it doesn't install correctly. Have a hard time login to app after completing all steps. Does anyone else has this problem?
