The app used to work fine, but over the past six months or so it’s been crashing constantly. I often have to reopen it 4–5 times just to complete one transaction. In worse cases, I end up switching to another payment app. Previously, it only had occasional errors during holidays — usually with a message saying "There were too many transactions at once" — but now the crashing bug is happening all the time. Please fix this issue soon.

very slow app in all actions. especially when I transfer money, after I scan QR code or tap send, the app suddenly closes, I have to open and close the app many times so it can work. a lot of bugs in the app, I think because they try to put too many features so it's very slow and full of bugs.

I clicked English version. then they called me and couldn't speak English.

Don't install it! After using it two times, buying coffee and a cinema ticket, I got info on the log screen that the wallet was locked. They require the ID number - no problems, BUT my ID starts with letters, and they offer only numbers. To contact the technical support without knowing Vietnamese is impossible. Foreigners, be aware!
