this update is version is useless, you can't even purchase a data bundle, It keeps loading till infinity. poor performance and needs to be checked properly. for three days I haven't been able to purchase data bundle with this new version of the app. I have switched from Android to iOS but still app doesn't work.

how could you force me to download the app all in the name of you undergoing a system upgrade. just for me to find out the app is even worser than the actual network system. tried logging into the app, all though I received the short code for verification, the app kept on telling me the app isn't available at that time. such a waste of data even downloading it.

I’m having major issues with my MTN App. Every time I haven’t used it for a while, I have to log in again, which is annoying. The verification codes take forever sometimes up to 30 minutes to arrive, making it almost impossible to use the app quickly. On top of that, the app won’t work without data, so if I’m out of data, I can’t access anything at all. These problems make it hard to buy services or use the app when I need it most. Please, MTN, improve the login process, speed up verification

I had challenges logging into my account where the OTP would take years to comes. Also the crashes and error in the middle of transactions usually using the momo for purchasing internet bundles is really intimidating. I'm fed up. I think it's about time I start using the USSD and get rid of the app since the app is far from making things easier and faster🤕😤.

If convenience is what the app sought to offer, it's doing anything but that. Constantly reporting errors when trying to update balances. Also, upon requesting an e-sim through the app after constant messaging to do so, and receiving a message that I would be contacted within 72 hours upon my request, I received a message 120 hours later that my request has been rejected, with no explanation.

This is a very good app, especially how easy it is to navigate,make transactions and check balances without breaking a sweat. I would have given it a 5-star in my opinion just that, it's rather unavailable sometimes due to technical issues, hence not being 100% reliable. I'd like to see this fixed, please and probably give it a 5-star from there
