I would say that both the app and the experience with the app while flying are ALMOST perfect.. The only thing it's missing in my opinion would be the option to set a desired travel time when searching for tickets, so that it will only show you the dates with available tickets that fall within the departure and arrival time you are looking for.. A good reason for this is for example if your transport to Schiphol is the train, which doesn't run after 23:00, which disqualifies any of those tickets

Flight was delayed, app didn't notify me nor did it show current info. Flight arrived earlier than the delayed arrival time I got through a text, app didn't notify me. Flight was already boarding, APP DIDN'T NOTIFY ME. Good thing I checked the airport monitors or I would've missed my flight. Useless.

buggy app, needs scrutinized inspection -- edit: stars 1 -> 3. actually ticket and checkout funnel is smooth. Only the registration part is quite weird -- edir 2: stars 3 -> 2. why I cannot save my personal details so I don't need to enter them every time again? very tedious.

Application is not user friendly. Everytime you open the application you need to log in again. Furthermore when you press 'download boarding ticket' it just shows it in the application and does not actually Download it on your device. A screenshot is a workaround. After trying the application for two days, I do not see any benefit to it. I would not recommend downloading it, just use their website, it works better then the app.

One of the worst airline apps ever. There are African apps that are easier to use. In order to fetch your boarding pass, you have to log-in constantly. Slow, not intuitive, chaotic and not user focused. Had to make screenshot of boarding pass in order to have it handy. Just when you thought nothing is worse than Ryanair or EasyJet, Airlines like Transavia proof that things can always be worse.

It is shame. This is the worst airline app I have ever used. I have to fly with this company quite often,due to family obligations. I book everything,and when it is time to pay I chose I-deal option and my Bank.And..it does not work! The system redirects the user to a blank webpage that asks to push "next" to continue. But ..there is no button there! The system crashes and all the input data are lost! Obviously, the developers did not care to test it all the way. But even with the simple fill-in-your card way, there are problems. Once they withheld twice the same amount,due to app malfunction. One can see how badly designed it is,by the appearance of the boarding pass.By the way, if you do not press "send to mail" your boarding pass is not saved in your account .Which means that if you do not have internet access out of your hotel,you have no boarding pass:-) It is a shame. Simply
