Trying to access MUTV is a terrible experience. Not exactly sure what we are getting for the annual subscription fee. We can never watch a live game. Just keep going around in circles where it wants us to log in every time we try to access something but it never seems to actually log in or recognize our membership. And we can't access the membership page to be able to cancel. Seems a little ponzi scheme-ish.

when listening to a live game, the app constantly crashes. It is extremely annoying. during the first half alone vs Brentford (27/9/25) the app crashed five times. Within the first five minutes of the second half, it has crashed seven times. this is ridiculous. Maybe Sir Jim can stop firing everyone on the tech side so we can actually enjoy listening to the team we love.

Rarely works. Even with an active paid subscription it wont show friendlies. It prompts you purchase another year and when you do click to add another year it informs you that you are already subscribed. Essentially a $10 donation to the Glazers and Ratcliffe. Tried clearing cache and data, updating app, unistalling and reinstalling, and restarting my phone. It is frustrating to take our money and not provide the primary service as advertised. The app is a reflection of the on field team.

Used to be great, but now it's too buggy. Scores don't update in real time you have to switch between tabs to get it to update or exit and re enter the app. Refresh doesn't work. I just looked at the top scorers in Man Utd and that was the last straw for me, it shows a different score. Bye..... thanks for the tip but I'd rather use an app that just works and doesn't require me to uninstall system updates.

I tried to watch pre-season highlights. I was asked to subscribe to MUTV. I subscribed to MUTV through the app. I tried again and was asked to subscribe to MUTV. Un-installed, re-installed. No change. Restarted phone. No change. $9.99 set on fire, a year of access to something I can't access. Comedians aspire to this level of buffoonery.

the subscription service is terrible. I paid for a subscription and had to wait 2 weeks before i had access to MUTV. When I finally had access, the app said i had to subscribe again. this issue is fixed by deleting the app, installing it and restoring access to the subscription but when i do that, it still doesnt work. I have wasted 2 months of fees without even enjoying the benefits of MUTV. This hurts cause its my favourite team
