Recently I started to have problems with the app: 1. After making 15 likes out of 50, I suddenly lost all the remaining 35 likes. 2. The new design sucks, complicated, stupid, too mamy bugs, and not practical. 3. The prices of gold membership is unnecessarily high, toooo much! 4. Most of the features are closed for free membership and only allowed for gold members, AT LEAST MAKE THE FILTERS FREE!

First, the chat functionality failed to work. That has happened plenty time so far. I did all the steps provided by the support. It didn't work. And now I can't login into the app. And I have tried that on multiple devices and networks. Fix the damn app. Anyone would be skeptical for paying the premium if this is the condition of a long running app. Also tried sending a message through the support on the app, that also resulted in a failure.

The app is a predatory money grab. If you get a like, you won't be able to see that person until you pay an outrageous price. They wont show up on your feed even. They limit how many people you can see or like. If you have 5 open conversations, they LOCK the app and won't let you use any other feature. You won't be able to browse. I've seen authoritarian regimes that were less controlling. 🤨

Probably 90% of the profiles are fake, and I wouldn't be surprised if I would find that the admin for the app is running some of these profiles. Because how would you explain that once you set up the account, which I did three different times, I get flooded with matches and people visiting my profile, and they try to collect as much as possible of information and they disappeared immediately. The admin needs to find a way to verify the profiles. It is full of bots.

keeps your profile active even after you delete it. so there are probably a lot of unused profiles. Well, it's not false. cause I deleted my profile. then I made a new account a couple months later, and I had bunch of matches I didn't have before. Also, the app had removed my filters so the matches were with people more than twice my age from all over the world. then I read the agreement, and it states that they don't delete your profile for 3 YEARS because of law enforcement.

After being on the app for over a month, pretty much ready to uninstall it, yet again. A total money grab and more expensive than the competitors for giving you next to nothing extra. The constant self advertisment is annoying and you HAVE to sit through it before you can skip it. Also, if you delete your account, your profile stays in their system. I deleted my profile 2 years ago, and when I logged in using my same email address two months ago, my profile popped up along with my pictures.
