I have been using the Vi app for quite some time now, and overall, my experience has been good. The app is user-friendly and allows me to recharge my number quickly without any hassle. I can easily check my data balance, validity, and offers in just a few taps.The app also sends timely reminders for recharge, which is helpful. I like the rewards section and the exclusive data offers they sometimes provide.However, sometimes the app takes a bit longer to load or shows errors during peak hours.

There is a scam in an unlimited data pack. They are mentioned as an unlimited data pack but they are giving only 300 gb for 28 days. Then why to mention unlimited data if it has limited data. Make it 300 gb per 28 days, So we can use it properly.

This app is literally trash. It's lagging so much. If I want to play songs, it's takes so much time to play. Sometimes doesn't play at all. While I can enjoy ad-free musics I would more appropriate if you provide free caller tunes. I'm requesting it for the longest time now and I'm sure I'm not the only one. When every one's providing it for free why won't you guys? It's a shame for vi user that they have to pay while in other SIM you can set it for free, Overall I don't like the experience.

My experience with Vi has been very disappointing. I have been facing network issues for a long time, but despite registering complaints multiple times, nothing has been resolved. I tried calling customer care and sending messages, but no one actually responds to solve the problem. The bots on the app just give automated replies and play with words instead of providing real help. It’s very frustrating and hectic to deal with, and I expected much better service

The application is good but your Hero unlimited data plan is not good, its speed becomes slow sometimes. Now if there is no speed then what is the use of unlimited, when I cannot open anything or the data does not work during calls, I don't know what system it is. If you have to give unlimited then give high speed data which comes in handy. You are fooling us in the name of unlimited data, it does not work properly. It needs improvement, do it soon.

I recharged my number using the Vi app, but the plan was not activated. I waited for hours, tried calling customer care multiple times, but no one responded to my calls. This is extremely disappointing and frustrating. I expected better service. If this is how they treat customers, I might have to switch to another provider. Very poor experience.
