It's a very good app for managing a Society. However, there are just too many ads filled across the screen. It's now very difficult to find the basic services. Moreover, ads are marked as Notice confusing residents even further. Hope MyGate interface is made simpler as before and then I can rate it 5 stars.

Allows you to enter an international phone number but OTP never comes through. It seems they don't test all their functionality. With so many NRI apartment owners/residents, this could be so useful to have it working properly. The support staff did not do anything to help and could not even understand/acknowledge the issue. Their focus was only on working around the problem by using some other phone number instead of taking the feedback to the technical team.

I initially had trouble registering with my US phone number. They had also confirmed that the app wouldn't register the owners using international phone numbers. But they provided a work around and I was able to register using my US phone number. Their customer service is great! My experience with this app after I successfully registered has been excellent. I can communicate with the security guards from anywhere in the world. It's a great service and I recommend it to everyone.

1. It is not allowing to clear notifications. App is forcing us to open the notification, otherwise notifications stay forever 2. Another issue similar to above. If any notification comes when the phone is locked, app is automatically opens the notification as soon as you unlock forcing you to look at the message Update based on developer comments: This still didn't make sense. There is a max character limitation here so reach out to me if you are really interested

The app is buggy. After going to "Communications" tab, if a discussion contains more text and when 'readmore' is tapped nothing happens and also the 'back' arrow doesn't work. I am unable to upload pictures from Google Drive. Once the app is minimized while typing some text in communications, the text which is already typed is gone after switching to MyGate and it needs to be typed again. Please rectify these bugs.

This app can't even get the basics right, if notifications don't come on time, societies will never move to the paid ad free plan. Even if it's ad free, the most important features are hidden behind several pages. Till the notifications are fixed, without granting a ton of permissions on the phone for no reason, this app remains useless.
