This is an online version of one's monthly bill - nothing more. For me a smart meter should allow me to see in real time my power consumption as I turn devices on and off, so for example, I would be able show my family the impact of each aircon, and find where the power is used most - but I can't! (And yet I could do this in the UK nearly 10 years ago!!!)

Bad apps. It was stated online saying that the website is currently under maintenance and hence can only pay through a few methods, including the MyNTB app. So, I downloaded and tried to pay. However, it kept loading to view the bills and after a long wait, it failed to load. website is even better.

App takes a long time to launch. Daily usage has not been updated for weeks. So is the the total usage todate. Serve no purpose having a smart meter when i can't monitor the daily usage. This app is only good for making payments which I can easily do with all my banking apps. Sad a multi billion dollar service provider cannot provide a decent usable app.

Downloaded app, open once. the next time I try to open app again, it stays stuck on the cover page. I can't access even the login page. So, every month I have to reinstall the app to view my monthly bill. please look into this, thank you. p.s. I'm not on Facebook.

Not sure why the recent updates make the app really slow to open. It took a few minutes to load and sometimes shows an error. Used to be easier to navigate. Hopefully the issue will resolve the soonest.

I've seen a lot of incompetent apps, but this is among the worst. All it needs to do is display a series of monthly number, but it can't even do that. Takes over a minute to open the app, the actual number you're looking for is microscopic in size, then the app crashes anyway. Years of rubbish "app development" that still can't do what a few lines of HTML could.
