The improved KFC Singapore App now accepts dine-in and takeaway orders, apart from delivery. Order and pay with a touch of your finger from wherever you are – at a KFC restaurant for a dine-in meal, on your way home for a takeaway order, or where you’re at with the the food delivered to you. Bid goodbye to long queues!

When your piping hot order is ready for collection, a notification will be sent to your mobile phone. Just flash your order number at the pick-up counter to collect your order.

Ordered through this app last week, even passed through payment verification and process. Order was confirmed back in the merchant page with no order information. Unassuming, I thought the order went through. after an hour later, no food delivered. the order did not go through at all. while there was deduction in my credit card, still its a disappointing app. pls revisit and test your use cases before going live.

a lot less time spent to order food now. feels more like their kiosk. offers earlier delivery compared to Grab for lunch. Tracking was a problem. will give 5 stars if tracking was done better. I ordered my food 1 day in advance. the app should have told me order sent instead of tracking is no longer available. I now cannot track my order for the next day. it only shows order again. have to call KFC to track.

Horrible app. Paid for an order, app showed error and no order. Tried again, same issue. Got charged twice, but no orders shown in history. Called the hotline 3 times — all times auto-hung up after 5 mins. No one answered. Had to go down to the outlet myself just to get the food. Emailed support and told to wait 3 working days. Absolutely useless app with zero real-time support. Don’t risk using this.

Extremely horrible experience, made an online order and paid for the transaction just for the app to return an error. Had to make a second order and got charged for it again, thinking that the previous transaction will be refunded. After a few days, both charges were no longer pending and I had to request a dispute with my bank. To others, don't use the app for payment, or you will risk being charged for a non-existent order.

Being using this app sparingly over the years yet every time the experience seems like day 1 - slow, restrictive and buggy! I gave 2 stars previously and after not using it for probably a couple of years and today I felt they don't even deserve that. Every step I did, from login to ordering to checking out, will run into error and progressed only after a second attempt, amid the usual slow as snail process.

No matter which outlet I pick for dine in, it will automatically change to 1 particular outlet after I confirm at payment page. I will receive the email of my order sent to the wrong outlet. Unable to cancel the order, I called the hotline and waited 15 mins before someone attended to me to cancel the order. I was told to write in to KFC to get back the Shopee voucher I pre-paid and used in the order. No response from KFC at all after that!
