I paid for the full version to gain access to all of the app's features, but my phone needed a factory reset, and now I can't access the paid features. Even when I click the "Upgrade" button in the app, Play Store just tells me that I already own it. There's no option or selection to restore my purchase. I only got to use the app for one conversion, and now I feel like my money was wasted.

No External Drive Support...is a fail off the bat. Like, im sure someone uses local storage for media..., but there isn't a app category that is more likely to leverage external storage, e.g., SD, or even attached, than photo/video and audio. So HOW on earth, THIS app doesn't have that built in is not only an epic fail, it calls into question the entire product and program management competence. I cannot even TRY, and not sure I trust enought to BUY, if i could use it successfully.

Too difficult to use. Spent about 30 minutes trying to figure out hot to use it without success. I installed Video to MP3 Converter app (for video or songs) and in about less than 5 minutes I was already converting WMA format to MP3. They do better job than you do, developers! This app's rate is 4.0 while the other one has 4.8 so you are lame!!!! No need to contact no team support. Too difficult to use. Just make it easier like other apps. Get your head out of your asses!

Currently the app works very fine. I'm seeing a lot of negative comments from other users, but I believe the dev team made changes so, with that being said; -No crashes -Bulk conversion (with option to save in source location) The app works fine currently and I do recommend it. One feature I would suggest is having an option to use it in portrait mode because honestly in landscape mode I was almost unable to view the files I'd selected. All in all, great work NCH!

garbage wasted potential imagine if it actually worked. you want a specific issue how about the app not working regardless of what kind of setting I have. or what kind of file I try to put through it. I'm starting to think this is a fake app

I was very disappointed with this application; can not convert the MP3 file into AMR 😣 After conversion, on extended information stated 'No audio detected in the..' Could you refund me?! 10/3/2016 After more than 5 years I left this Apps, I try this apps again that now I can use it well.. and free of charge. Amazing..! Thanks for the fix. Now I give it a five star rating. Congratulations!
