After updating it, everything that I accidentally touched the back button on android, it closed unexpectedly, and I lost a transaction process and I needed to open it again and start from the beginning, fatal bug. Also, another thing is that it is very slow to open despite the high-end smartphone and good Wi-Fi connection used. It's unacceptable comparing it with the speed of another apps installed when I open them.

Worst App 😞. It won't let me create my account because in my official document i don't have a surname. I mean what a useless requirement since they know that if i use their application and transfer the money and all it is beneficial for the application too. IF there is anything that can be done then you should do and expand your clientele. ✝️

Although the app is very advantageous with helping you pay more easily, I had always have problems with the app, it's full of bugs. Sometimes, it doesn't let me login because I have "connection issues" which it's not true given that I'm constantly connected to a secure and stable network. Other times, it doesn't let me pay for the exact same reason as above, or says that there's been an error and that I should try again.

Very Buggy, half the time it doesn't work. Its wasn't until I reset it, that I got a notice to update. It has been giving me issues, so it would have been great to get this notice without the need to reset. Also, I cannot login with my account details, unless I allow this app to scan my face? This should be illegal and reported.

Terrible service, not recommended at all, they don't let you withdraw your money easily and block the option inside the app to make it impossible, what is worse is that when you try to contact them through any of they channels they put you in a 250 people queue and then when you are about 60 in the queue they send you back to position 200 so they never answer
