Rent is just one small fraction of the total cost. A number of service charges follow, so many things fail, most of the items in the item checklist are missing, some not working- if you report you have to pay for it. Property manager will hardly pick up your call. Really bad experience. Would definitely persuade everyone to not take Nestaway

Worst experience. once you move out, they won't pay back your security deposit and won't even answer your calls or message or emails or anything. Plus they'll charge you more than half of the amount from your deposit and won't even explain why they are charging it. I request not to go for this app as this is the biggest scam and I'm gonna take legal action against it.

App is not bad but their customer support system is pathetic. My service request has been pending for last 2 months. Their escalation system looks useless. My request is already at level 4 for last 20 days. For last 10 days I am sending messages to them on twittter also. Nothing has worked. Interestingly my problem is quite simple. One month I got less rent. On complaining they agreed to pay remaining amount next month. But they did not pay. It looks that their finance department has goofed up.

My stay experience is fine. But when vacated the flat, I had a very very bad experience. They give something or the other excuse but does not refund you your security deposit on time within the committed timelines. It took nearly 2 months of follow up for me to get my security deposit. Moreover they charge you additional amount which they deduct from the deposit amount without any prior information to the customer. I couldn't find any lower rating available other than single rating.

It's more of "LootAway" than nestaway. Nestaway charges you for things you wouldn't even know. They provide no explanation for the charges. They charge you before fixing the problem and then after collecting the charge, they don't bother fixing it. And when you waste days trying to argue with them about it, they'll fix it in cheapest way possible while you had payed them for premium material. And again, when you argue about it, they won't share the details. I guess that's how they loot us.

Worst experience and service, the property manager never responds with the correct solution. I requested for a move out in last month and its still in pending after the inspection. The app doesn't even show the house details and status now. It's been 15 days, I didn't get any call/msg from them after that. The customer care number never works and there's no one to contact to resolve this issue. I didn't get my refund on the deposit yet. There's no option to raise a ticket to my issue.
