App is reasonably okay. Many profiles are available. Unfortunately, majority of the profiles are not verified and cannot see the contact details. Customer support is poor. They provide assistance for 1 or 2 profile and remove their support. Have called so many times to customer support only to get false assurance for support.

I used this platform for six months I had a very disappointing experience with the service team at the Irinjalakuda branch. The support was unprofessional and did not meet expectations.The Irinjalakuda branch service team needs to improve a lot. The response was poor and not helpful at all, Don't waste your time and money to invest in this platform guys, Very careless and unprofessional attitude.👎 at the mentioned number i tried 3 times ,,(11/09/25 ) no response,,that I'm mentioned earlier👎👎

I had worst experience with the Nest matrimony,i m customer since last 1 year Starting it was good as one of there staff Deseena ,she had following up my profile and had response too, but now it's no response from the staff there,even I call they say will call back,but till now they had not call back. if cnt provide services then y tell us join. pathetic

very bad experience guys. i really wonder how these people are getting good reviews. They just focus on the registration amount. till u ll get many calls from them then nothing . i even sent the screen shot of this msg to the person who said to be my point of contact b4 i post this and he doesn't even care of it. update chodikkumbo aale kaliyakkunna pole oru samsaravum . I strictly do not recommend this.
