I had an extremely disappointing experience with PVR's app and website. I tried booking movie tickets twice, and both transactions failed, yet the amount was deducted from my credit card both times. This is unacceptable! There was no immediate resolution or proper communication regarding the failed transactions. It's frustrating to deal with such issues when all I wanted was a smooth booking process.

Can't login. After recent update it suddenly asked me to relogin for no reason, never happened before. But after inputting my mobile number, OTP never comes. So unable to login. After making repeated attempts to get the OTP, it now says you have made too many attempts & I should try after sometime, but doesn't inform after how much time. Developers are clearly too dumb. They make a simple process so tough. If OTP is an issue why can't they allow logging in through email is beyond me.

Worst Place to watch a movie! Booked a recent night show for Kantara, the show started 30 mins late, followed by 30 mins of unnecessary trailers and ads, 20 mins of interval ads! PVR is literally turning movie watching to be a torcher these days! Blessed that we have OTTs and smart tvs to have a far better experience watching movies at home than to go through such torcher! I'm very hopeful that more and more souls will realize this very soon! PS..I have already emailed you folks incase You care

This is a very bad app. I booked and paid 6 seats 3k yesterday. by mistake Language became different while booking. There is no option for cancell ticket in just 15 minutes. There is no adequate answer when calling the customer service to the service. I immediately mailed. The replay did not come from him for 24 hours. I have been hard -earning money ..Let me not deceive someone else like me .. Please do not booking it 🙏🙏

I book Demon Slayer movie tickets, but Sunday I have an emergency problem. That's why I want to cancel my ticket. But there is no cancellation option available. Although there is no mention that it is a non cancelable show. Very disappointed. I call the castomar care number but they are not available. Try in WhatsApp also there is not available. Don't trust the app

By mistake, I booked a ticket for the wrong language version of a movie. When I realized the error, I tried to cancel or make changes to the booking, but unfortunately, I found that there was no option available as I used a promo code in the app. Customer care never attend the call. Pathetic and I suggest to use bms.
