I don't mind change when it's good but this new UI sucks. The old UI you could go straight down in a line and go over to the right this new way of doing it adds unnecessary steps. now you have to go down right left down down up up. very awkward what idiot thought this was better. it's seriously seems like it's trying to push content Netflix wants you to see it's weird. what happened to the subcategories by the way on the TV. this design had to have come from someone that never watches TV on a TV or movies on a TV but on a laptop with a mouse or something although I can't see how this would be any better on a computer or a video game cons

My Phillips TV won't even load the Netflix anymore. This is being a constant problem and I want it fixed before I cancel my subscription from Netflix for good. I've run all the diagnostics already, my internet has no issues connecting to any other device, every other device I run Netflix on runs perfectly. My tv is connected to the internet and is working good, it's a brand new tv so it shouldn't be the issue.

it's too hard to watch my favorite shows anymore with all of their new restrictions limiting account access to one location. it's not worth my time to get a code that works for only 2 weeks at a time just for me to be able to use my own account on my phone. once again torrenting apps have my vote. if Netflix wants my money then they can make access to my content across my multiple devices the way it was before.

I restarted my Netflix membership to watch the Tyson and Paul fight live but all Netflix did was buffer every other minute, literally. Then I tried to view it from my cell phone instead of my smart TV and it was the same result. WOW! That was a really quick reminder as to why I got rid of my membership to begin with. I am also aware that it wasn't just happening to me and my devices, as several YouTubers that were hosting live watch parties were experiencing the same problem. I'm canceling the subscription yet again and I'm going to request a refund.

I never shared my account, so I hated the price hikes. Overall Netflix is still worth it. Just sucks for a single man, having to pay for it, Spotify for podcast and meditation, and YouTube. Still way less than satellite. Highly recommend it regardless! Best source for Stand-up. The app works just fine thru my TV but I'm wireless so I sometimes just use PS5 (hardwired) to increase the response time to remote control commands.

Why would you all change the UI. Its so difficult to search for anything I want to watch besides what netflix is pushing. less information is on my tv. Ease of operations is horrible. Whoever approved this UI change should be fired and blackballed from ever working in the industry. I wish I could uninstall and sideload an older version but this garbage is built into my TV. I will be casting from my phone to watch anything from this point forward. If the phone app uses this UI. I'm done.
