About this app
Boxing Round Interval Timer is free round timer designed for boxing, MMA and other martial arts and sports trainings. It is simple, modern and effective and works well also for HIIT trainings like tabata.

And it doesn't matter if you really want to learn how to punch, boxing will help you to lose weight, get fit and feel much better (well, if you survive boxing workouts). Boxing is passion, heaven and hell, and it is not always easy to concentrate on hellish boxing training if there is no boxing trainer around. You need strong motivation and spirit but our Boxing Round Interval Timer could also help you to maintain self-control and to never give-up. How could you go the distance in life or in boxing match if you cannot complete your boxing workouts?
Features:
* Easy to use boxing round timer
* Can be used for tabata workouts and other HIIT exercises
* Set number of rounds, lenght of each round and pause between rounds to support your boxing workout
* Features only basic functions so you can start your HIIT workout in a matter of seconds

It's kind of a pain how they force you into buying the app after a few uses. You literally can't select the continue without paying option. I bought it for a dollar and that's fine, but I would rather have dealt with the adds outside of the rounds. Also it popped up the rate this app. I would have rather waited a bit longer on that as well. Overall it does what I want by keeping me on pace with my lift to rest or HIIT training. You can adjust times of rounds, rest, and amount of rounds.

Love it. I use it with spotify running all the time no weird sound conflicts or anything. It's easy to use for when you're so exhausted you can't even think properly. Buttons and time displays are large, so it's good for use during the heat of battle. All about the little things! Can't be fiddling with controls and dysfunctional apps during boxing or boxing workouts.

Awesome app for HIIT training. You can play your favorite music and still clearly here your round and rest bells. One suggestion. I wish the counter displayed total time not just the round times. I also wish I could build workout times,. Example 3 rounds 30 secs then change round times and even rest periods. I get that this is a boxing thing but that would make it more applicable to HIIT training. Still love this app though

Awesome, but would be better if there was a warm-up option for people doing longer rounds. The current trick around this is to fight during the "rest" intervals and then the first "fight" interval (which the timer starts on and can't be changed) is then the warm up, but if you only want short rests you don't have time to get your gloves on and warm up before the first actual fight "rest" interval starts, so you end up using half of your first interval as a warm-up.

Application is easy to use, and you will not need to spend time figuring out how is it functioning. You can focus on training! One thing I would like to suggest to developers is to introduce editable preparation time. Now is 5 seconds. If you do boxing alone, and you start training, you don't have the time to put the 🥊 on in 5 sec. Nevertheless five stars goes to the team! Keep on the good work.

Only round timer I've ever used but it's mostly because I've never felt the need to find another one. Gets the job done, it you're using the free version which I am it's honestly not bad at all, ads are very reasonable and you can skip all of them after 5 seconds from what I recall. Also the ads only ever show up after your rounds are over, so if you put 12 three minute rounds with a minute break inbetween you only have to watch an ad after the 48 minutes of rounds are over which is amazing.
