Way Back in 2017 I heard about the comparing tool and it worked wonders when I needed to know great deals and parts to use for my build. Fast forward, I found out why this site is seen as a scam. I tried returning ram, because I didn't need it. After printing the return label, sending item back, it all seemed fine. Within 2 days after shipping the item, they denied my claim. It was well within 30 days, about 2 weeks to be precise. I see why all the negativity is aimed at them. It's scummy.

I like your company, but you need to remove the autosuggest that overwrites your query in the search bar. There's nothing more obnoxious when I'm trying to compare products than to have to backspace "office products" out of the search bar every single time I want to use it. It's the most aggrivating thing I have experienced on a mobile app in a long time. I sure hope that's a malfunction because it amounts to hostile design.

Pretty straight forward, although I don't really understand what value this app is supposed to have compared to using a website instead. Searches are okay, shopping cart was easy enough to use, frequent sales, decent prices and availability. This being my first purchase, I will withhold the fifth star until working goods are delivered, and any customer issues that might arise are resolved. But no complaints so far.

I've been using Newegg for computer parts ever since I started building my first PC several years ago. Since then I've ordered small and household appliances through them, in fact the only reason I didn't order my cars tires through them was because no one had my particular (and very odd) size. There's nearly nothing they don't carry, and all of it is at great prices, even some deals are available that can leave you feeling like you robbed the seller. Can't recommend enough.

First, I want to say that I absolutely love Newegg as a company, I've been a customer for over a decade and have no plans to stop anytime soon, but this app has some major issues. You want to read a full, comprehensive review with detailed pros and cons? Nope, just go to the website. You want to make a purchase? You can try, but half the time entering the security code for your card makes the "place order" button disappear entirely, so... Website. Again, love Newegg, but the app needs work.

This mobile app is a turd in a nice wrapper. It hangs all the time making it nearly impossible to use without a flagship device. Third party sellers plague listing with miscategorized items and should be punished for degrading the users shopping experience. I have used newegg for years and still choose to do so but newegg has to get back to its roots by focusing on the shopping experience of customers.
