The app is glitching. I'm facing a persistent login issue with my account. Despite multiple attempts, I'm unable to access my account due to Continuous Email needs verification" prompts and Failure to receive the (OTP) after selecting verification. I've submitted a support request previously, but haven't received a response. I'd appreciate assistance resolving this issue.

I cannot understand how a core document of the claim submission is the claim form and nobody can tell me where to download it. Well, I did ask, but nobody replied, and the support in the app is just a bot with no option to speak to a human. And mostly: why on earth would you have an app of the claim form is still manual. It's not even a pdf that you can fill. it's manual. I can't wait to change my insurance.

App keeps logging me out after logging in Unfortunately, one of the worst apps for health care, it takes too long time to start up, it doesn't load the network, the language change is not working. The specialties are not displaying right, location filter not working, couldn't be more useless, etc.,......

what a shame for nextcare level service provider to be unable to fix the issues which is like child like thing to fix it. just have a look into reviews and ratings you got. each n everyone is crying on this. but u keep asking people to send an email to customer support. what is this response??? how its not possible that you want to fix the issues, and yet you're unable to do that. it seems that you're letting it be like this on purpose. such a disaster app. extremely poor service in THIS ERA
