【健康存摺】提供查詢就醫資料及健康資料，包括用藥、檢驗檢查資料、影像或病理檢驗報告等功能，還可透過眷屬管理，申請查詢長輩或小孩的健康存摺，守護全家人的健康。
【健保櫃檯】查詢保費繳納紀錄，線上繳納健保費及申辦健保卡、查詢投保紀錄、申請投保證明與變更個人通訊地址等各項健保服務。
【虛擬健保卡】為實現智慧醫療、數位政府願景，於「居家醫療」、「遠距醫療」、「視訊診療」三大場域全面推展以虛擬健保卡就醫。
【就醫院所查詢】地圖式篩選查詢附近或特定條件的醫療院所，看診服務時間等詳細資訊。
【醫療查詢】提供居家醫療院所、用藥品項、特殊材料、支付標準、自費醫材比價、自墊醫療費用核退案件及重大傷病卡申請辦理進度等資訊。
【連結「健康App」】健保署為了協助您統整相關健康資訊，依據您的同意的資料項目（包括：血壓、心律、血氧濃度、身高、體重和體溫），「健保快易通App」會讀取您近30日的「健康App」資料項目，並將這些數據呈現於「健保快易通App」內「健康存摺」。

This is definitely not user-friendly especially to foreigners. I am isolated and I was hoping to check the result of my PCR test thru this app. But to my disappointment, logging in is very complicated. My cp number is registered under my husband so my only option is to register to acquire a QR code or password. However, the system requires a card reader for the health card to be registered. In times of crisis, government assistance like this should've been made simple and easy to access.

Unusable for many foreigners that do not pay for a monthly plan. What's the point of doing this? I can't check my PCR results just because of this little stupid detail? As it is almost typical in Taiwan, they like to complicate things. Besides 80% of the app is in Chinese and the translations to English are horrible. Your app is designed for Taiwanese only. Thanks a lot

2 stars for at least attempting a little but of English. No more stars because I have new number format APRC and it was supposed to help us in these situations yet we still get rejected for registration just like before. And yes I tried the card reader computer and that is hell to do too. Needs a dumb computer with no firewalls and chinese instructions to install more software bloat stuff onto your computer that is unknown. Not friendly and it failed to read mine in any case. Sigh

Impossible to register and authenticate for non locals. The household number requirement can't be met by foreigners usually, even if they stably live in the country. Plus, the smart card reader is obsolete technology. The system needs to be fully revised, because even foreigners need a doctor.

IT would be nice to have the app bilingual(English).. Thanks to CDC , NHI for keeping us safe. Appreciate the develper but also suggest to make it bilingual (English)..Tai-Ing wen says English is attempted to make as second national language. It would be not only helpful for foriegners but also encourage taiwanese to evolve as global citizens.

An exceptional app services all your healthy needs in Taiwan. I believed the government supports the apo development; hence it is a free app. Neverland, that does not deter it to be a high quality app. It is straightforward to register a virtual NHI card, to browse the health service providers that are available and much more. Further, it keeps a clear record of the medical procedures and medicines you have been prescribed.
