About this app

One Nation One Ration Card plan ensures distribution of subsidised foodgrains to ration card holders under NFSA to lift the entitled foodgrains from any Fair Price Shop (FPS) anywhere in the country by using their same/existing NFSA ration card after biometric/Aadhaar authentication on an electronic Point of Sale (ePoS) device. Under this scheme, beneficiaries will continue to get Rice, Wheat and Coarse Grain at the rate of Rs. 3, Rs. 2 and Rs. 1 per Kg respectively in other States as well.

I requested to remove my family member name from the ration card about 1 month, but it’s still not updated. Not sure whether the problem is with the app or the government system😔, but the process is extremely slow. The Mera Ration 2.0 app doesn’t even show any proper status or update😒. Being a government app, it really needs improvement🥹. Users should get timely updates and faster responses🙂.

Mera Ration 2.0 app is running very slow and there is no service for doing eKYC in it. Please admin sir, please take the trouble of adding all the services in Mera Ration 2.0 app.

This is a third class quality app in which it has been 8 months since ration correction but till now there has been no improvement and it is showing the same thing that your case is pending at the state level for the last 8 months I request you to go directly and get the correction done offline and not do it online, it is never going to happen through this app

This ration app is very disappointing. It always has technical issues and keeps asking me to log in again and again. The app is very slow and often crashes. Information is not updated properly, and even when you register a complaint, no response comes. It really needs a lot of improvement.Updated information is never shown on time, and my application keeps showing “Pending at State level” for months without any progress. The government is not managing this properly, just fooling the public
