Not worth the download. They ask you to enter your payment method so that it can be an easy, fast and smooth transaction. You attempt to purchase a pair of shoes and it will "get you in line" only to be crushed a few mins later and finding out you didn't get the shoes. people with bots and multiple accounts get the shoes while majority of us have to suck it up. shipping is the only great thing about this app. got a pair that no one wanted n arrived in 2 days! Kobe drops are impossible to cop.

I have had good experiences buying products on release days via this app, but the problem is that it doesn't consistently work. I've submitted my order several times and received a network error and lost any chance that I had on getting the release through the SNKRS app. I'm not sure what software issues are causing this, but this needs to be fixed. Other than that, it appears to be fair.

If I remember to purchase the shoes on that date or not too busy at work 20% of the time I get them. You have to really set the notifications, but a person alarm always works best. what's the point of having an app and getting a notification alert? You're longing to try to purchase the shoes, and they are sold out instantly, but they are on sale by the resellers on another site within seconds. Unfair to a person who has been true and loyal to nike for years.

Overall, the premise of the Snkrs app is good... Get notified of sneakers (of your choosing) in advance of their launch and purchase them once they release. Sounds good until you try to procure a "limited" release. I cannot express my frustration of logging in to get something on the limited release schedule only to be declined EVERY SINGLE TIME! My odds should increase with each failed release attempt, but it does not. My success rate currently stands at 0 for 22! This is not fair. Fix it!

Using this app is the most frustrating online shopping experience you'll ever have. Having all my information in the app for a pair of sneakers I'd been wanting, and being on time to buy, I was given an "unkown error" message about 30 different times while trying to buy these shoes. I then somehow get past the errors messages and I'm "in line" for the shoes and I'm told I'll be informed shortly whether I got a pair or not. Surprise! No update and I'm removed from the line 2 separate times.

The app makes you submit for a purchase several times before selling out before you can make a purchase. And even though each time the "purchase" button says "pending" after you submitted a purchase, it switches back to "purchase" over and over again. And then after you have submitted for a purchase so many times the product you submitted for is sold out. The best part is, there is no incentive to change anything wrong with the app because it isn't hurting them in any way.
