One thing i hate and think Noon 15 Minutes should improve is that, when an item is out of stock, you should not charge the customer for the missing item, and please refund the money if you have charged them. It's frustrating to see an item missing during delivery but you are neither notified, nor was you refunded (they make you pay for the missing item). So unless the customer go out of their way to ask for refund, they just proceed life as it is and take people's money wrongly.

Not ready for prime time. Delivery time is awful for most of the items, add at least 2 days to their delivery estimates. They devide 10 item orders to 10 individual orders/deliveries, waste of time and fuel. The app does not allow you to order more than quantity of 10 for each item, you have to place separate orders to get more than 10 pcs. There are a lot of dishonest sellers and there's no seller rating system. They don't allow reviews, so, I prefer to order from Amazon to save a lot of time.

I have been having issues with this one restaurant which im unfortunately forced to order from as its the only the few restaurants open when im done from work, noon has not only failed to ensure its quality, double check the accuracy of the items listed, maintain standards for food handling, but also failed to address this issue. My complaint has been pending for almost a month now, i will no longer be using this platform.

Horrible experience. I bought a blender with a good deal and unable to recieve it for 20 days now. I contacted them thrice whatsapp & phone and nobody is able to help. Last time, they asked to cancel the order because they are unable to get it from the supplier, yet the product is available on the site from the same supplier. Update : I contacted you again and you are still replying with ridiculous templates . The order is still on "processing status" and the product is still available on ur site

I'd rate the whole app a 10/10. If you're looking for quality based on my experience, when you order from official noon or other well-known sellers like supermall, the quality is perfect. Otherwise, I'd say it's usually seller based. However, the best trait of noon is their delivery service as the delivery prices are fair, and you get your items on the exact date specified or even earlier without the need for a subscription. For short, in terms of speed and quality, noon is my go-to app. 👍

You place an order the restaurant accepts it and then calls you saying that the item is not available and cancel it, there is no option in noon to camcel since the restaurant doesn't have the item and you lose your hard earned money and noon says its not our problem, 'PATHETIC', this is the worst experience that i had being in multiple countries hopefully they sort it out. This can be called micro cheating.
