This is confusing to use. It may just be because I'm new to it, but when it comes to my avatar, I do have a couple of complaints like not being able to sort the headwear to free items. And the cost of the clothing! There should be other options than just spending real money. And the currency you earn in the quests can't be used on the store for your avatar, you can only use it in the Meta store. I just want regular looking clothes, not space suits and futuristic looking stuff.

bad, laggy and cheap. Cant watch things in my gallery past a month without it crashing. Its slow and at the end of the day, the whole quest line up of games and apps are gimmicks. Itll take a month or two to get bored but oh once you do, all the games just seem like demos to actual games. No real 3d movies, very limited environments and very cartoon like graphics. Late updates with many promises that dont come true. Garbage

The same problem is happening again. The app doesn't work it refuses to allow me to travel to different worlds. I reported the app because it doesn't work. Also, I know you're updating certain features for the headset individuals, please still make it available for those of us who can't afford the headset. Please correct the refusal to travel between worlds. Thank you.

Oculus really went downhill ever since meta took over. I don't use my Quest 2 often, but Everytime I do I come back and all the menus are completely different and I can't find anything. Incredibly frustrating when you just wanna hop in and play on your limited free time. Please stop doing this, "meta". I already hate Facebook and it forces you to have one for these things, it's stupid. Stay away from Meta products if you can... more hassle than it's worth.

It's a decent app and works well most of the time. the only down side is your messages won't load right away so you have to close the app and re open it to see any new messages. also don't try to buy anything off the store from the app, it will give you an error saying something went wrong and you'll sometimes still be charged. from the company that owns Facebook you would expect a little better result.

The store is full of slop. It's far too difficult to find real games when the front page has so much amateur, quickly made, 'asset flip' muck. There's no way to filter this rubbish out, so browsing the store is useless. It's like they're deliberately sabotaging the platform because it used to be better than this only about a year ago or so.
