I'm glad to opt for ohmyhome to help me sell my unit. My agent Jayden is awesome and have a good sense of judgment. I was initially had a lowballer buyer and buyer side seems suspicious to me as they took very long to respond during nego.. Jayden was quick to pick up.. And i didn't even tell him my opinions on the lowballer. He quickly managed to close another buyer who offered much better price and process went smoothly and quickly. Thank you Jayden!

Have a wonderful experience with HuiHui representing us as a seller. She is so far the only agent who will give us a short summary of those viewers' options after viewing (what they like and what they don't like of our unit) Not only that, she will do a shortlisting of the potential buyers so that we will not waste time on viewing's arrangements. Generally searching and viewing of details are still fine. But listing of past transaction resale prices seems to be buggy with duplicated records. What I found annoying and contemplating whether to delete the app is that it frequently pops up app-related notification messages on my phone, when I click on the notification message, it opens up the app but did not go to referred information at all. When I go to settings menu in the app to disable notification, it tells me that app is not found.

Just installed and found a bug when signing up for an account. When I entered my mobile number, the prefix only option is +65 which is not valid in PH. Had to browse the app as guest instead. I'm using OnePlus 8 phone with Android 11. Rating this app as 3 stars for now till I can create an account and take full advantage of its features.

We are so worried that there will be COV for the unit we offered as the transacted price for that new cluster and level we bought is $20K lower.
