I am writing to inform you that your app has been experiencing significant functionality issues on Android devices since Monday and reporting that the app is not working correctly, and in some cases, not working at all. While open the app it's showing as "Download failed" for all the time and if reinstall the app again then it's working for few minutes and then later facing the same issue I am here sending a reference video of the issue and attaching the same in the email and I kindly request

the app is good, there should be a way for the fleet owners to control the mode of payment, drivers take the payment either in cash or on their upi, this creates problems for the fleet owner also I am not able to attach my bank details, I have added the bank details multiple times but the details are not reflecting on the app, there is no way of getting the money credited on the ola app

Ola partner is worst service app because , no help line number. I have a emergency problem now but how I can contact with office...? Another local service cabs app is better than ola. I don't know Telugu, I knew only English, give the notifications in English. How I can read that...? I think even 1 star also waste to give to Ola

Please Update the app Driver tracking issue cant check which category is switched off by the driver mini prime etc even Outstation and rental category, cant check how many trips are cancelled by the driver. Cant download data for 30 days. Earlier the app provided driver timeline now all the options are not working. Error message Oops! Something is wrong with the connection. Please try again TRY AGAIN Kindly update soon difficult to keep track on the driver. Also iOS version not available..

Most third class app I hv ever seen. Every time you open the app and found a new problem on that. You can't track your car, showing an error message. Also if your car in a trip, sometimes it shows the route and end point and most of the time it didn't show you, you feel confused whether the trip already started or driver in pickup. Fix those all bugs.
