I recently booked a ride with Ola for a destination approximately 9km away. However, due to a change in meeting location, I informed the driver to drop me off midway, after traveling only 1.9km. The driver complied, and I ended the ride. To my surprise, Ola charged me for the entire ride distance instead of the actual distance traveled. This is unacceptable. Furthermore, I've been trying to reach out to their customer support, but I'm not getting any response.

Extremely pathetic experience using Ola. was unable to change destination mid journey and trying to call customer care is a nightmare. absolutely nothing in the app can make you talk to a person for actual problem solving. will be wary of this app. Edit - it gets worse. they asked me to contact their support on Facebook Messenger, the information which I got to know after calling them out here. 0 feedback & 0 empathy. I truly hope that this doesn't get a passenger in some really bad scenario.

Payment related issue! Just recently booked ride from delhi airport and I was charged approximately 60% more than the amount shown to me at the time of the booking in the OLA app. As the trip was at late night, the ride was smooth, no traffic congestions and we arrived on time but when I matched the price on my user app with the final price to be paid on the driver's app, it was a straight ₹350 extra. Tried the support section, but totally useless on this matter.

Very bad App experience. The rating of the driver gets automatically 5 stars. No option to change it. Even after finding the ride below par, nothing can be done. No option in the rude help, especially to inform that the auto number shown is different from the auto arrived. No option to give our feedback about the ride. Charges are more than the other similar Apps. Drivers are not polite, unclean vehicles.

I recently bought a new mobile and tried to login to Ola app. After mobile verification through OTP, I'm receiving an incoming call and after attending the call, it is asking to press 1 for identification. After pressing 1, it is stuck there for few minutes and a pop-up message is saying that unable to login due to technical issue. I tried multiple times using all possible ways, but unable to login. I have contacted Ola support through email, twitter, etc, but none of them worked for me.

I'm extremely frustrated. I've sent countless reminders and messages to resolve my issue, yet I still can't access my Ola account. I filed a complaint on October 2, 2025. Although I've gone through the verification process and made several unsuccessful login attempts, I still can't get into my Ola app account. Additionally, I'm struggling to reach customer support, and the link they've provided hasn't been of any assistance. I'm really dissatisfied with OLA.
