I've been shopping on Jiji for nearly 4 years but just last week I got scammed by someone he took away my GHS11,000, I reported him to Jiji but yet you people did nothing about it.... I was able to reach out to Jiji support team,went through the process with them,finally they blocked him. But I suggest your next update, in the search filter you add how many years the person has been on the app and also if they person has feedbacks or not or if his feedback is disabled, that will help 🙏. Thanks

I didn't know what was wrong but it's losing it's standard. limited ads and all that. maybe you should check your payment options and also the ad prices. I paid to boost my add but it never worked. same as posting. I lodged a complaint and nothing happened. maybe it's a reason people are losing interest gradually

Best online selling and buying app ever. "Edit* this app was very good with moderate charges for premium. My customers left feedback on my profile for more than 1 month now it hasn't been reflecting on my profile, when contact customer service I was told because my premium has expired I can't get feedback. All you guys focus on the money.

I first thought of Jiji to be a good platform for advertising my products but now it seems to be ineffective because for some months now my account has been duplicated and when I messaged them they said I have two profiled on my account so I need to buy a premium account. And I sent them couples of screenshots of my account and my account details for them to check in their system to detect the issue but they failed, they're just not fit and unable to solve customer issues

Jiji does all that is possible to facilitate trade on the app. Unfortunately most sellers don't provide enough product description. I wish Jiji could also make it possible for potential buyers to ask for goods they wish to buy.

initially my problem was with job search, but I've come to realize that buy and sell on the app is great. still need to make some improvements on the scammers, sellers should update their process frequently and the chat sections needs improvement, especially knowing who sent what instead of clustering the messages like their all from one person. Also, I don't regret my early takes on job search since ratings are personal, but I have learnt that others have found success in that area. 👍🏾
