This telco is very very bad. The line itself is weak where always lost connection when crossing from one area to another (eg: sunway to damansara). The customer service is super duper bad as well. The person ask me where I experienced the disconnection of data n I said around PJ area she asked me for the exact address! Hello don't u travel from one place to another for work? Don't u travel around for errand? What a question it is! Took for so long just to engage to a customer service on the call

Before it was fine, but after that na ah, it become slower and slower, it doesn't work fine, what happen to your data signal umobile.. It was fine at all but suddenly it become worst, even my ewallet cannot open, if this always like maybe i will change my network..

slow connection like it didnct have any network. network shown 5G but it slow like don't have any network. This is third time that i can't accept and be patient anymore. I at hospital, it should be have strong network. Nowdays, this kind of problem should not be happen. And not the same excuse will given. Always about maintenance issues. How about bill issues? Did I pay for nothing? I pay the service. The price i pay with the money. Please don't have make this issues again!

Very2 bad service in the world.. expensive charges but it's for nothing.. a snail was faster than your service.. shame on you.. when i asked to the service advisor they said they can't do anything to improve the service. they also advised me to change with another service provider to settle the problem.

There is a problem when I'm opening the app just to see my credit balance to buy something on both game and a small amount of top up. The app crashed and doesn't let me see my balance. I don't know if it's just me, please let me know how to fix it if it's just my phone.

don't ever buy this sim card. it's the worst one I've ever tried in my life. I bought 10 RM and filled it 10 RM more and I still cannot use it. It's literally so bad. There's hardly any connection and it's useless. Don't buy this.
