Onsitego ...How long will you last with fake reviews. Genuine customers only have complaints. My MacBook has been lying with onsitego for the last 20 days and it is yet to reach the authorised service centre. what a shame. It seems Onsitego people think that they can keep the device for indefinite time in the name of service. They don't work so they think we also don't need our devices. What the hell!!!

My experience with Onstiego's extended warranty has been extremely disappointing and mentally exhausting. The technicians they sent was clearly unqualified and used local, poor-quality parts during the repair. The issue was never resolved properly, and their customer support is completely unresponsive, they never listen or follow up seriously. After months of complaints, they finally issued a credit note as compensation. But now, even after 20+ days, no one has come to pick up the faulty product

"Onsitego is a very bad app. There's no quick feature to file a complaint, and even if you do, they don't respond. I've been harassed by Onsitego for several months, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone for warranty purposes. If a customer wants to talk to customer care, it's hard to get their number, and even when you do, it's often too late. In urgent cases, they delay too much and completely disregard the customer's feelings. Onsitego takes a very long time to take respond to complaints."

I bought a smartwatch and it developed issues after 13 months. Luckily, I had taken the extended warranty from Onsitego. The process was smooth from pickup to receiving the Amazon voucher it took just 4 days. They refunded 95% of the amount. Overall, I’m happy with the service and would recommend it.

Very disappointed with Onsitego. Their service is extremely slow and unresponsive. I raised a request for repair/claim, and it took several days just to get a basic update. The customer care team keeps giving generic replies and doesn’t resolve issues properly. The app also keeps crashing and doesn’t show accurate claim status. Totally not worth the money. This is WORST company I have ever dealt with. Their service is a complete scam. They do not provide any proper service, nor do they stand by their product promises. Instead, they shamelessly ask for extra money just to service the product that is already under warranty. They call it a “replacement,” but their idea of replacement is nothing less than fraud — offering only ₹9,000 for a product worth ₹50,000. This is daylight robbery. I will make sure that nobody but warranty from them
