Opodo is a slippery slope. They can easily trick you into thinking you are getting a discount, yet you might well be paying far more than ordering directly with the airline itself. It is unreliable and when you try to prove it to them, they do everything possible to deny you. You might sometimes land on cheaper prices, BUT ALWAYS check with the airline before sealing a deal with Opodo.

Terrible experience. Not contactable agent in case you want to change flight. They don't respond on email messages. The only option is to call by phone to UK. Very bright idea, especially if you are in roaming, thank you very much. Additionally, they have agreement with airlines to prevent users from changing anything manually through airline site. The only option is to use their support, which will charge you 50 euro for any change + airline fee.

Very keen on delivering more opportunities to spend money, but doesn't tell you everything you need to know about your flight. In my case I would've greatly appreciated what kind of Travel Authorizations I need at my flight, this should be shown in the Travel Trip Details and-or Itinerary. Because as is you might just get turned down at the check in, and that sucks.

If you have to make changes to a flight, it is extremely difficult to understand whether Opodo is carrying out those changes or not. Three days before a flight I requested (and paid for) a flight modification to move the flight a day later. I received a confirmation email from Opodo showing which step of the process the modification was in. After that, I didn't receive any update and they never actually changed the flight. They do not have any customer service other than a chat bot.

booked flights from Seoul to Bangkok with Opodo for €375, choosing to add cancellation insurance and the "no fee date change" option for peace of mind. Unfortunately, an unexpected event required me to change my travel dates. Despite the added option, I was asked to pay an additional €330 for the change , nearly the full original ticket price! If I could leave negative stars, I would. company is a scam! I paid for Prime, and my friend who hasn't, was getting cheaper flights tailored to him. I called up to cancel my subscription and refund my subscription, but took 2 hours to get through. I spoke to someone for all of 5 minutes and was put on hold for another hour while they tried to "find me a better deal" only for the line to hang up on its own. Sent two emails, and was told I can't refund my subscription due to their T&Cs. Pathetic
