Update... this w/e they had a decent offer for more lives etc so I bought 2 lots. Both appeared on my a/c then after 1hr disappeared. Despite reaching out to the developers Ive heard nothing. It's difficult to log in, keeps bouncing me out. 😡 I play too much I know! But the past few days there is some glitch that keeps it hanging and only solution is to close & reload. I don't want to reinstall as I will lose all my progress. I hope they know there is a problem & will soon fix it!

Love the game. I've been playing it longer than any other, however, I'm so tired of waiting on new levels. I always have to go months before having any gameplay and then you add on like 10 levels and I go through them so quickly. Also, after introducing the jelly fish, there's been nothing new to make it exciting. Seems like you just keep repeating copy-cats of other levels. Went frok beibg my favorite game to a huge disappointment within a year. Uninstalling if no new EXCITING levels soon.

Takes forever to load, during which time OWN (Oprah Winfrey Network) is emphasized. Then yet another wait while it loads updates. Every time. Finally the game, which is on the boring side. It is one of those games where various tools do different things - you're supposed to be so invested in the game that you remember them all. Each game has an inspirational quote, which is kinda nice at first, but quickly becomes saccharine.Then I get to a level that is preceded by a note as to what I need to do to get rid of some block. I don't play then but come back a week later. Does it tell me again? No. I'm supposed to remember, at which point I did remember I have a life. Game gone

The game was fun at first. The quotes are very good. However as you progress through the game it's almost impossible to solve the levels without purchasing boosters at an alarming rate. I have progressed to level 420 but I refuse to pay money to play a game. Been on this level for 5 weeks and cannot be completed with the required moves. Ridiculous, the fun has evaporated.

Once again, it seems any time there's an update of any type, I have an issue. I had posted in the Spring that Support is excellent. They reply to emails and requests (usually) promptly. They are always able to fix my problems to my satisfaction. Now I sign in and am back at Day 1. This happens too often. Otherwise, I love the game but it's becoming a real pain with all these issues.

Good concept. Mediocre execution. I really like the idea and the "crosswords" but the algorithms and board shapes make the game INCREDIBLY difficult. I've been stuck on level 37 for a week... the power ups are basically useless, and the levels are WAY too hard for the amount of lives you get. I've played dozens of match 3 games and beaten several with over 1000 levels; so when I say that this game has potential, I really mean it. Unfortunately, in it's current state it's not really worth it.
