Very poor service. I placed my order over 40 days ago and till now it is not yet processed[dispatched]. Any time I file my complaint they say same thing that "due to limited availability it is delayed". and on the app product is showing that it is available. They don't know how to do business. And their customer service is very bad. The customer care executives are very bad. they don't reply properly. Till now this was my worst experience of online shopping.

No one should order anything from this website. When you place a part order, it shows that it will be delivered in 6 days, but the delivery date keeps changing every day. Instead of 6 days, it becomes 20 days, and still your item doesn't arrive. If you talk to customer support, they just say one thing — that the order was supposed to come from the dealer, but they couldn't fulfill it, so they are now searching for your part from somewhere else.

The experience is not good, Boodmo takes lots of time to get the product delivered which is very annoying. Suggestion from my end that Boodmo should change the delivery partner for fast disbursement. I have ordered three items but it keeps on rescheduling every time. Last item I have ordered on 8th September & it's showing the expected delivery by 28th September. Via speed post it doesn't take too long. kindly rectify the serious problem which results into sales upliftment.

Experience is getting worse day after day. At first app seemed promising but over the years its getting painstaking. Price of most of the aftermarket parts are needlessly high as compared to local shop prices. For several parts, delivery process is much more humiliating. It may take ages and dates may change abruptly and eventually your order may get cancelled and refunded. Customer support is worthless. Raised 3 tickets for one undelivered order but no response is received till date.

Stay away from boodmo. I have purchased a product. Mrp was mentioned 1000+ and was selling for a discount ofRs 350/- After the purchase I realized that I have paid double the amount and extra shipping charges. To make things worse, I received a damaged old product with no MRP labelling. For return, I have to ship the item back and for that they said they will pay, and they didn't. This is a faud site, which sells junk old damaged items at double the cost. I advise to stay away for your peace

It keeps showing you processing after you have placed an order but it won't ship , when ever I check my order status it keeps me showing the same thing, even the delivery dates are being increased by them. There are no customer support you cannot speak to the person, not you will receive a reply to the email or tweets.
