paid for 40GB of data at the airport on arrival, my phone shows I've only used 23GB, and now it's been cut off. I tried to file a complaint, and it has been closed without a resolution or even a single response. If I try calling, then there isn't an english option to speak to anyone. Complete waste of money, do not get a contract with orange if you're travelling from abroad.

This might be one of the worst applications I've ever seen as a software engineer. The application is not consistent whatsoever with my phone's details and data. For instance, I could have 150 or even 300 EGP credits in my account, yet when I try to purchase an extension or a package for a 100 EGP it tells me that I don't have enough credits. I end up not being able to purchase a package and so it "charges" me at a rate of 0.25 EGP / MB and ends up taking all the credits I have on my account.

The worst company ever, I can't reach customer service all the time and the app is not helpful at all, every time I need to renew the package I have to call them and there is no number that has the customer service number. Really a bad company and the strangest thing is that the package expires within a few days and doesn't arrive until the end of the month.

A fraudulent company that makes fake offers and it is very difficult to communicate with customer service. It is as if there are only 2 or 3 employees working in the company and there is no communication with the customer to solve the problem I will be transfer to Vodafone, where customer service is excellent and communication with the customer is quick and easy.

I was traveling abroad & I had the worst mobile experience ever. Orange app isn't accurate. It showed that I still had 3 gega while the package ended and I didn't even receive any sms or notification from Orange. And I couldn't renew because the free int. Orange line gave me out of reach and the App didn't give me any renew option. The customer service aren't professional at all & each one gives a different info. And even the complaints department couldn't solve my issues.

One of the worst experiences I ever had. First, the salesgirl in the store didn't provide the package based on my needs as I asked for a 2-week package. She was looking to do only sales she gave me 2 cards for a total of 1300 bound and the most important part is No signal or network anywhere during my travel in Cairo, Alex, and the north coast, and first 1 day no network for the Orange network as per the call centre. However, it's a very bad experience even the call centre..
