Best idle game I've ever played. Perfect balance between playing and not playing. Not a lot of free time this week? Maybe just pop in for literally 5 seconds to claim your rewards and let the game continue on its own. Little more time to kill? Play actively to earn faster. BTW, if you struggle with the game saving correctly when you leave, exit properly through the "..." menu and it'll save progress perfectly every time. But I've never had a problem. Constant updates. Worth paying 4 ad removal.

Pros: Simple & enjoyable gameplay. Some coin builds up even when the app is closed. Love the pixel art style. Music is great. Could listen to it for hours. 👍🏻 Cons: There is an unlock for the occasional boss mob, but when I'm not in the default "green hills" level, those boss mobs do not seem to spawn. Doing the "reset to unlock certain perks" feels a bit harsh, because certain features (like the dash) are locked behind upgrades that I just reset. Overall: Recommend!

I've been playing this game for about a year now, and it's been really good! Idle Slayer is very entertaining being an Idle game, it's like no others! Performance is very good and I haven't come across any glitches and mistakes, achievements are fun to get and I love the little Easter eggs! This game is only getting better over time and updates. I really recommend!

I would give this game a 3.5 if I could. It's just not varied enough. I love the graphics and some of the music. The song for the main area is super catchy. But the upgrades cap out pretty fast. I do like the process of upgrading, though, increasing the coin rate. thats fun. but since souls are the only currency that carries over i wish there was more empahasis on those. but as far as the gameplay loop it is very repetitive. and not enough changes through each ascension, imo.

by far my favorite idle game out there! whether you lean more towards active or idle playstyle, there is plenty of fun things to work toward. I've been playing on and off for four years now roughly, two of those being an active, daily player and I'm still regularly finding new fun things to unlock. While there are in-app purchases, this game never feels like a pay to win cash grab. Give it a shot, enjoy the journey and embrace the grind :)

This is a fine enough game, but to make any progress at all you have to play actively, which makes it decidedly not an Idle game. Bonus stage is a waste of time. Never pays out enough to be worth doing, and more often than not the random boxes that can spawn at end game just give low amounts of coins. It's not engaging active play, but active play is basically required to progress. There are sooooo many things I'd change to make this game actually fun and not just a time vacuum.
