Wouldn't let me pay for parking because "license plate didn't match what was scanned at entry." Triple-checked plate even though I didn't need to because we had our plate info saved and had parked in the same lot before. There's no way to bypass this error, either. It just won't let you pay. Absolutely unacceptable to depend on this app and potentially get a ticket for its errors. EDIT: IT GOT WORSE. They retroactively started my session and charged me $75 for TWO DAYS of parking I didn't use.

BEWARE SCAM!!! UPDATE: Used the app to pay $25 parking in advanced and was refused parking on site!! No refund!!! This is the absolute worst app in existence. If you want to add time to your parking, you actually have to walk all the way to your car and scan the QR Code. They have terrible customer service, it's easier to walk 5 miles than it is to deal with this app.

Google Maps led us down a street that was blocked off because of the game being played that day. without the ability to turn around because there was a line of cars behind us all waiting to turn in the parking garage on that street. the only available option was to park in that different parking area than one I paid for so after consideration, I changed my rating from one to 3 stars since it wasn't the apps fault.

Waste of Money!!! I prepaid for the parking lot but when I got there during the timeframe I paid for, the lot was full. I ended up having to park on the street and pay a huge $ for a metered spot. My friends who also pre-paid for a spot in X lot, who didn't understand downtown, parked outside the lot without paying for a meter and got a ticket!!!

You have to be really fast when the app opens to press one of the buttons on the bottom to access acct or passes, or you're automatically redirected to the page to search for & book parking even if that is not what you are trying to do. There is no way to get to a home screen, just search & book only. 🤦♀️

My car was recently locked in a garage before the time Park Whiz said the reservation ended. It led to me having to pay to stay in a hotel because the garage wouldn't open and the help line provided did not work. Park Whiz eventually refunded my $10, but I was still out $284 for the hotel and a late fee for a garage that I couldn't get into. They also refuse to change the information about the garage or delist it. I can't trust this app anymore. I will either use Spot Hero or find my own parking
