honestly it's a very annoying app to deal with its not user friendly some tvs the resolution is very bad and buffers alot even though fast net, I'm forced to use it to watch UFC and I can't wait to find a replacement

Paid AED 44.99 for the Asia Cup Early Bird on Aug 18, but while trying to watch today sep 14 Starzplay still asks for AED 99.99. My payment isn’t showing in purchase history even though I can log in. Payment reflecting in bank statements. Send an email to support team and no response. Very poor service and frustrating experience.

It is an accumulation of disappointments. There are much more reliable platforms for entertainment. Your list disappears You cannot watch anything complete without any inconvenience or your content may disappear without a prior notice from the service provider. If you are into inconveniences and poor performance, that's your best place. Otherwise go for any proper reliable service that has some decency and basic level of respect

I am paying a huge amount in subscription compared to other streaming platforms and still has to tolerate ads? Does not have many good content and the ones that there is need to be bought. Wouldn't have subscribed if it wasn't for the UFC

This app is a scam. Be careful. I recently paid additional amount of 99 AED for Asia Cup. But my subscription was not activated. And now their customer support is not replying to me.
