IP Webcam turns your phone into a network camera with multiple viewing options. View your camera on any platform with VLC player or web browser. Stream video inside WiFi network without internet access.
Optional Ivideon cloud broadcasting is supported for instant global access.
Two-way audio supported in tinyCam Monitor on another android device.
Use IP Webcam with third-party MJPG software, including video surveillance software, security monitors and most audio players.

• Several web renderers to choose from: Flash, Javascript or built-in
• Video recording in WebM, MOV, MKV or MPEG4 (on Android 4.1+)

This is a really cool app, but on both my Samsung A25, and my Onn. Tablet gen 4, when you change resolution or anything, the video goes weird, and all you see is lines and a bit of the actual image, and it's gotten worse, as you used to just be able to change it back to the old resolution, but, now it always does this, and he only way to fix it is to restart the app on the host device

Perfect except motion detection timeout doesn't work. Every time I open my grow tent I'm getting spammed with notifications. I DID change the timeout from 30 to 60 and it doesnt wait the full 60 seconds. ALso, your motion detection system is REALLY good man! I would pay for the pro but that's only if the timeout is working. Please let me know if i should file a bug report or something or if i should just give up on this app. thnx!

Quick, simple, easy. Does what it says on the tin. Can easily just hit start and go, or spend a few minutes going over the settings to really customize the feed. My only gripe is the seeming lack of feed types and accessibility of those feeds, as my smart TV is picky about what feed its asked to open. Then again this app has such a wide breadth of options i could just be missing it. Either way, its worth the look if you're in the market for a quick ip camera solution.

Used in conjunction with Ivideon, this is really nice. Can setup multiple cams anywhere you can access wifi or via hotspot. It is a little laggy, but that is to be expected considering the network being used and the method of viewing. My only gripe is that between this app and Ivideon, getting the correct orientation (landscape), I can only get a landscape mirror image and not a true L/R landscape image. I might be missing something, will play w/ it some more. Great app & stream quality!

Works ok on a local network, night mode is fairly poor. No auto switching between day and night mode (that I could find). Remote access possible with ivideon. The app force closes fairly regularly, despite being installed on a factory reset phone. The app developer does not respond to emails, or at lest not mine. Update: I've upped the star rating to 4 as the latest update appears to have stopped the crashes, the app will get 5 stars if we get auto night mode switching according to light levels rather than timed via the plug-in.

Easy to setup, can draw quite some power. Used this for 4 hours straight as a Webcam for my PC. No issues, stable through the whole session. On my huawei P30 pro it draws a significant amount of power. While connected via USB to my pc to load, the battery charge decreased by 30%. Power consumption according to android: 4h / 1371 mAh with default settings. I'm sure this can be changed easily, but don't forget to do so for longer sessions
