This app sucks. It had my expiration for my card wrong, I couldn't update it. I reached out to customer service. Per their instructions, I deleted the card. When I went to re-add the card, it still said I couldn't update it. Per their further instructions, I deleted and re-downloaded the app. I still can't add my card. Their final instruction is to use the nearest meter where I can pay with physical money. This company is garbage, and any city that decides to make you use an unusable app is too.

Poor app functionality and customer service. After starting a session, the zone somehow changed (not even close to the number I put in), so I was charged for the wrong space. Tried to open support chat in the app, but the chat box appeared behind my phone navigation buttons. Went to the website and after several emails back and forth, was finally told they couldn't issue refunds via that chat. I started by saying I was charged for the wrong space, so why not tell me that from the start?

Does not automatically prompt you for your cars license plate number so you may forget to do this (and thus get a parking ticket that you had no business getting). Also has specific spaces missing for a parking zone. usable but weird UI. Be wary if you need to use this app for a parking space. I for one will be using the actual parking meter from here on out.

This update is horrible. I like other users had a hard time finding it. Then once I logged in again and tried to start my session it over charged me by .60 that is after the fee. I was running late and it is freezing outside so I was going to accept that then it wont even try to process any of my cards. Just gives me an error. I logged in my banks to make sure the accounts were fine and they are. please revert to before this update.

Every now and then, the app freezes up and I have to reinstall it. Then one day, I was rushing to class and the app rejected the zone I entered for the longest time, then wouldn't let me add my payment info (new phone). So I got a ticket. Great. An app like this needs to work very smoothly in order to not screw people over.

I use this for parking at school it is pretty nice being that I don't carry around change very often. But they charge you a $0.25 convenience fee which is kind of stupid if you ask me. A convenience would be more like you can start and stop the meter whenever you like not have a 2 hour minimum pay where my classes are mostly 1 hour and 15 minutes I have to pay for that extra 45 minutes. It would be nice if the app was able to do 15 minutes sections instead of hours.
