Map should be more user friendly. When you search any destination with name, you can't find the location. Every time you need to point the location on the map. It is very time consuming and bore some. So pathao needs to upgrade the system. You can check with UBER map. You can easily put the landmark name on the map and map drives you to the exact location.

The digital payment for food is a relief but it still needs to be improved. It's not as smooth an experience as it could be. Moreover there's no option to adjust the bill, even though it could be that an item I ordered isn't available or something about my order's amount changed. In that case I have to do COD after all. A system where I could choose the amount to pay would be great.

Ridiculous amount of notifications! There's only one notification channel which you can't turn off to actually use the app. Why don't you guys have separate channels for ride status notification and promotional notifications? Users should be able to turn the 2nd one off if they want. That would at least make the app somewhat usable. Until then this app goes straight to the bin.

Promotional notifications are getting worse day by day. If I turn off app notifications, pathao says that I have to turn it on for better service. I'm completely fine with that if the notification is about my ride. But I'm not okay with promotional notifications round the day. I gave this app notification permission so that it can provide me better service. But that doesn't mean you can send me a promotional notification every hour. I can't bear this hassle. I'm quiting pathao.

STOP THE OUTRAGEOUS PROMO NOTIFICATIONS!!! 20+ NOTIFICATIONS A DAY IS RIDICULOUS. THEY WON'T EVEN LET YOU ENTER THE APP IF THE NOTIFICATION PERMISSION IS TURNED OFF, HOW PATHETIC AND FORCEFUL. The services they offer are good, no doubt, but the app is built in a way that is NOT so user-friendly, rather it only serves them as they can forcefully feed you their promotions and events. Because you can't even get into the app without getting bombarded with hundreds of notifications every single day.

Deceptive and annoying ads everywhere. The ads are super annoying. I thought the ad notifications were annoying only. No, they had to follow me on YouTube too! On top of that, the ads are very deceptive, and don't respect Bangladeshi values at all. I know the founder - amazing person. But man, you guys really have to hire a better advertising team!
