super user-friendly! and super easy to use! my 3 year old does it on her own!Great features! and is a life saver not looking for the rav kav ATM machine!! plus, there are no ads! thank you so so much for the amazing app!! (it's kind of hard to see that discount you get by having a "geographic profile" on the app itself...) thank you!

Well, it works. But the flows are confusing and partial. 1. Making a purchase with an expired card just rejects the transaction and forces you to start again, with no way to enter new credit card information or any hint as to what to do next. 2. There is no way to update credit card information. You have to delete the credit card and then make the purchase again and check to save the card information when you enter it. 3. My phone's NFC reader got confused so I had to restart the transaction (a pretty common scenario in my experience). There's no easy way to find the last attempted purchase, so I had to manually scan the list of contracts again to find the one I wanted. But I was able to buy a day pass without dealing with cash or arguing with bus drivers, so yay progress.

Great app to check and refill the RavKav card. But every time I recharge I find my credit card in the old credit cards section, and it keeps suggesting that I should reinsert the credit card details, when the credit card is still valid for at least another 2 years. skipping those 2 things the credit card works just fine. Please don't keep nagging for this update when it has no need.

You can tell that someone did excellent UX/UI work on this app. It's very clear and intuitive. A minor glitch - when you are browsing contracts and click into one to see details, when you click "back" you're taken back to the contracts home page, instead of to the specific list of contracts you were viewing (ie the list of Daily contracts). It's also tricky to get my phone to connect to the app via NFC, but I don't believe that's the app's fault. Overall, EXCELLENT, such a time saver!

Convenient use as long as you have NFC, no need to go to charging stations. App is pretty easy to understand and works. My only issue with it is that you can't charge daily passes for example, with money you already have loaded on the card. You need to purchase it separately with a credit card. A plus is that the app accepts the post office credit cards, in case you don't wanna use your main one, which I didn't.

Good app, convenient and simple to use. However- there's a recurring issue that seems to not go away for me. Sometimes it just doesn't scan the rav kav, no matter what. The NFC is on, the wifi is on, my rav kav is in good shape, I try different positions on the back of my phone, without the phone case... nothing. And it happened to me before, randomally. Worked then didn't.. and repeat. Without any situational differences. Without this problem I would've given 5 stars.
