About this app
It quickly and easily turns on the flashlight next to the rear camera.
Features:
1. Flashlight in Dark
2. Color Screen Flashlight
3. Morse Code Flashlight for SOS
4. Compass & Map
With this app, you can do :
+ Find Your Keys in the Dark
+ Read a Real Book at Night
+ Light the Way When Camping and Hiking
+ Make Yourself Visible on Roadside at Night
+ Light Your Room During a Power Outage
+ Repair Your Car or Change a Puppets
+ Check on the Little Ones
It's hard to beat the super bright LED flashlight on Android when it comes to simplicity. The flashlight app's setup mimics an actual hardware flashlight, with an on and off switch you can toggle to turn on and off your digital torch light.
You can also adjust the light's strobe or blinking mode by swiping left or right on the digital flashlight's bezel. If it's a free and simple flashlight app you're after and you use a smartphone running Android, this should be one of the first downloads you check out.
You'll find the basic torch functionality with this torch light app, but it also offers some more "fun" features. Apart from that most basic torch functionality, you can even use the torch light to send Morse code.

I used to be happy with this app but recently they've added ads with audio, which come on almost every time you use the app. In most situations when I need a flashlight I'm trying to be quiet (trying to find something in the same room as my sleeping baby, for example) and an ad comes on loudly 😬 I'm fine with ads, I realize you probably need them to survive. I would just recommend for an app like this that is likely used in the dark while trying to be quiet, no audio :)

Ads make it borderline unusable. You have to wait and watch an ad before you can use a flashlight. Often when I need a flashlight I need it quick and cannot wait for ads. If you are going to include ads at least make it only small ads on the edges, not full screen. Also, many of these ads have sound, and many of the times I need a flashlight it is the middle of the night and I don't want to wake everyone. Completely ruins this app.

I like the strobe feature on the app. Also love the fact that with just a simple shake, i can turn on or off the light. All cell phones now need to have a colorful LED light so the flashlight can change colors. Even match up some music, with the strobe light feature so it would be like being on a dance floor. One thought also is this...instead of the flashlight circle on the back of the phone, why couldnt you program the actual phone screen itself to light up as a bigger flashlight.

💸 Paid $1.99 expecting a premium flashlight and got a premium disappointment. No dimming is honestly a huge miss, but at least you get the retina burn 🔥 when staring at it right?! And they call it the “World’s #1 Flashlight”? Only if brightness alone buys that title. Maybe stop buying 4⭐ and 5⭐ bot reviews and start using the APIs everyone else has had for years.

Paid version stops working if you leave the app open for more than a couple days (S23 Ultra)... and it has to stay open for the "shake to turn the light on" feature to work... so when you need it the most probably it wont be working. It starts working again of you close and open it, but if that is the case, it's easier to use the samsung button that comes with the androids :P

There are 100% free flashlight apps out there. This one started popping up ads while I was in the middle of awkward tasks, in the dark. Having the flashlight turn off and ads pop up that I had to dismiss, while on my stomach in my dark crawl space was not appreciated. You may be using your flashlight in an emergency. The last thing that you want is for it to shut off and display ads.
