It's still as fun as I remember, but when I tried to pick back up, (I'm around the Quakemaster, trying to defeat the miniboss), but every time I get like several hits in, the game crashes on me. I even splurged my energy but it still would crash, and it would take all my energy. I can't continue my storyline. I need to farm to level up my monsters, so I'll just do that I guess.

Battle camp was a fun game when I first started playing, but that was before the game became about money. At a certain point, you can't even advance through the story without paying for epic or higher monsters. So since the development team is happy catering to paid players, those of us who enjoyed the game for what it was and can't afford to keep up, uninstalled. So I'm taking the time to update my review. 5 stars to 3.

I'll add a star for nostalgia, but for the most part, this game kind of fell off. Not to mention how much it'll bug out and crash to the point that you can't even play the game. Also, there isn't nearly enough energy to be able to play. In order to have a decent amount of energy, you have to watch 10 ads. 10!!!! That's insane. For reference, each monter takes about 1-2 energy to battle. And you're only given 5 energy. If you fix the crashing issue, I'll change the rating.

This is a fun and social game. However it is riddled with glitches that rarely are addressed by the devs. Mostly these are mild annoyances, that you learn to avoid or ignore. You can play F2P for quite some time... Which is good because the ingame currency needed for "energy" to battle is imo quite expensive. Therr are free gold offerwalls that are hit or miss whether they pay out, and if they don't good luck getting past the bots to any help. But again all in all it is fun.

Love the game, but the amount of monsters you can keep gets ridiculous, I have to sell monsters I want to keep to try to upgrade but only being allowed to keep so few even after I watched hours of ads to increase my storage, then I'm maxed out with like 50 monsters in a game where there are thousands. Fix this, let us keep as many as we want and I'd love to continue to play the game. My inventory is full because I want to keep the monsters needed for one evolution.

You can progress through the story line just fine, but if you want to actually compete for any decent prizes in the weekly tournaments, you will have to spend money, more money than the next guy, and the next guy doesn't think twice about dropping hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars to make sure none of the lower players will ever get good monsters. The game support is a joke too. Tons of glitches, and you almost never get any sort of decent resolution to any problems you report.
