The freaking chime is ANNOYING!!! And it keeps turning back on even when I disable it. The first cube lasted about 3 weeks before it just randomly stopped working. The picture is clear when close but if you need to zoom in it's grainy and pixelizes. The only way to get notifications is through PAID subscription!!! So, lies, deceit, and false claims on the advertising saying it will notify you. I would recommend finding another camera for your needs.

2nd try. Same great video when you pay. Otherwise it doesn't. Got alerts for every leaf moving, yet no animal or people or noises. On top of it all, the cancel option is gone and you have to contact them to cancel. Such a waist of a great resource. If you pay you get awesome video. Expensive. If you don't, suddenly the video is as blurry as can be. Not worth it, better options out there.

The cameras are good for what they're designed for. But switching from one camera to another is too time consuming, and with too many nag/ad/feedback screens. Any more appear and I may look for something else. I won't be allowing updates with all those 1 star ratings either. There also should be a year's subscription price to cover recording for multiple cameras.

Buggy, laggy and unreliable. I have had issues with the cameras disconnecting and with the camera playing my voice through the speaker even when I have that setting turned off in the app. Without paying a ton for a premium subscription, you can't use most of the useful features the camera is capable of. You can't record without paying. It is capable of live video and two way audio, thus the 2 stars. Edit: The support team has been unable to resolve my issues for weeks. Thank you though.

We've had the Petcube for about a month now and we never have any problems getting video feed. Depending on the distance we sometimes get the audio feed. We noticed you can't have both output and input audio feed going at the same time. We only use it to check up on our cat so talking to him isn't something we find we need to do. Nor really listen either. We dont have a subscription so we can't record video , but we can take video stills. We are planning on buying another cube.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would!! App has crashed since unboxing! Worked for less than 24 hours. If the app crashes, doesn't that render your ENTIRE PRODUCT USELESS?!?!? My fur baby has had serious heath issues. Buying this was a nice way of being able to simply view him. I could careless about the microphone or them hearing me. I NEED to be able to physically SEE them. Not be told the app has to force stop for no reason! Will be returning and will not be recommending this product to a soul!
