Like other people said it's a spinning wheel of nowhere half of the time. I uninstalled the app, re installed, cleared storage and cache. NOTHING. I also get a message that "we are unable to load the app." Sometimes turning data off and on works. Seriously, because of the app it makes me not really use the car wash or pump at any Petro cause other places have at least a better working app. If I have to contact customer service for things like this, is that even considered good customer service?

every time I go to use the app it either closes down on me, or doesn't let me use my password. I haven't changed it and even saved it through finger print. It is very frustrating when I am trying to be quick in line and have lost points not being able to use the app!

Great idea, terrible execution. Over 80% of the time, the app fails to open with an error message saying the app can't load right now, try again later. It needs to work reliably, regardless of network conditions. I've tried a dozen times to redeem points only to have the app fail and sgore personnel tell me they can't do anything without the app-generated barcode for redemption.

The Petro Canada app for Android has been highly unreliable for me. Every time I go to the gas station and try to open the app, it fails to launch. Despite trying updates and restarting the app, it still doesn't work. As a result, I've had to use my card to pay for gas, missing out on collecting points. This has happened to me five times in a row, and it's incredibly disappointing. An app that doesn’t work when needed defeats its purpose entirely.

The app doesn't work on mobile data. I have a US number and probably due to APN settings the app doesn't launch, tried on Android as well as iPhone, same issue. Works fine on wifi, but sadly i can't carry my wifi router around. The app developers seem to be clueless because i see multiple ppl raising the same issue and it hasn't been addressed yet or may be they don't seem to care. And please stop responding with automated replies asking for customer information.

Wow . Look at that, can't use the app ..AGAIN!!! can't even scan the points card at the pump to get points.... Update again...no can't even open...always happens at the worst time. Used to love this app but now it won't ever work it keeps saying it won't charge my card because I'm in a test environment. Never scans the points card. Used to only go to Petro for this reason now I got to find another gas station
