Every time I try to open the app I get "Uh oh, something went wrong! Please try again." And then nothing happens when I push "okay got it" even when I force quit and restart the app. L ETA: I ended up reinstalling the app and having to change my password to log back in because it wouldn't accept my old password. After all that it finally worked again. It was frustrating to have to go through all that when I just wanted to scan the diaper pack which is why I'm only upgrading my rating to 3 stars

App was fine before this new update. It keeps logging me out, or taking me directly to the site, and I can't see any of my rewards. When I finally DID login I got an error screen and the app crashed. Love having to fight with an app with 2 one year old twins running around, it's a fantastic use of my time! Almost ready to delete the thing and just eat the loss of my pampers points.

app will not allow me to sign in. opens new page to "verify i am human" and gets stuck on loading screen indefinitely. I have tried numerous times in different locations, wifi on vs. off, restarted phone, deleted and redownloaded app. I am able to sign in properly on my laptop, but unable to sign in on my phone inorder to track purchases for rewards.

It used to be really handy in that you would get money with every scan. size 4 scanned, meant $0.40. you could use your benefits a lot easier as well. you didn't have to wait until you accrued a full 10 scans to just get $10 off. now. it takes absolutely forever to finally accrue points, and then it's a one and done. disappointed, but diapers are way too expensive. can't wait until they're no longer going to be a factor

The Pampers app has been very disappointing. Despite scanning over ten items, no rewards have appeared, and the app does not seem to update correctly. The most frustrating part is the lack of real customer support. When I called the listed number, I was told they could not assist and to go back to the app, which only led me in circles with no resolution. As a loyal customer, I truly want this program to work as advertised. I hope Pampers will respond with a solution. It deserves 0 stars.

it's a great app until it kicks you out, and you can't access the points. why can't I load up in my profile anymore? I plugged in my info amd it says my username or password is wrong which I know is not true. update: it still has not let me join in again since the review. please use my email to reach out to me if you want to troubleshoot and resolve the issue. I don't come and check the review sections often.
