After placing the order, I received a call from the store stating that no delivery person was available. They informed me that unless I paid online, the order would be canceled. However, despite this, my order was neither delivered nor canceled, and the app continues to show misleading/fake tracking updates, indicating that the food is arriving, and from the past few hours its stating that the order has arrived. kindly fix the tracking system.

Your app service is very disappointing. I had placed a pizza order more than an hour ago, but the order has still not been delivered. The app is showing "Ready for Delivery" for the past half an hour, but there has been no update or delivery yet. Also, there is no proper customer support option in the app, which makes the situation even more frustrating. Please look into this immediately and resolve the issue.

I had a very disappointing experience with Pizza Hut. I placed an order and the payment was deducted instantly, but even after waiting for an hour the order was still shown as “under process.” When I finally called customer care to check, the representative casually informed me that the store never received my order and that the money would be refunded. Worst App, I recently placed an order by this app.payment was successfully deducted, but the pizza has not been delivered yet. There is a complete lack of transparency in order tracking system. When I click on Track Order,it consistently shows that order is ready for delivery,but no delivery has taken place.This status has not changed for a long time, which is extremely frustrating. I also attempted to contact customer but no response received and provided number on app is switch off.

Worst app and service ever! A total nightmare from start to finish. My money was debited, but the order never went through, and it never showed up. The app is completely broken and doesn't display the correct order status or details. To make matters worse, there's no way to even contact anyone—the call option is a dead end. I'm out the money and still have no pizza. Save yourself the headache and do NOT download this app or try to order from it.

It deserves the Negative stars. The worst mobile app I have ever experienced throughout my Android usage. There is no option to modify, track, cancel or anything. And if we book the order for some location, that takes somewhere around 10-15km away. Pathetic experience with Pizza Hut. Because of this Delivery person should suffer the pain unnecessarily. This issue is not a single time. The same issue is every time we order. Due to this, we get our order delivered after 1 and a half hours. 🤦🤦
