I know I'm not the first person to give this feedback but the new UI is a disaster. I don't know what you did in the background and if it was a tech stack upgrade but it spoiled everything. Using the app without the dark mode is the most unpleasant experience. The previous version itself was amazing and we all got used to it very well. As a user I don't see a need for a new UI. You have tried to fix something that was not broken. Please bring back the old UI.

Best And Superfast App...But, not working properly from the last month. I can scan any barcode and make the payment through it. But, when opt for mobile transfer to any person, my keyboard does not pop up. Not at all. Please help, as I tried everything. I cleared its data, cache, and even unistalled & reinstalled the app. But, all in vain. I have not been able to understand the problem even after looking for it on google & Youtube.

The PhonePe app works great overall, but I have one suggestion. The PDF statements downloaded from payment history show the transaction date and amount, but they don’t include the notes or remarks we add while making payments. If those notes could be included in the PDF statement, it would be much easier to identify the purpose of each transaction. This small update would really help in keeping better records.

In recent days the biometric isn't working properly. the app doesn't ask for biometric at all even after re-enabling the security option or restarting the phone. seems to be a glitch from the app. it logins directly which isn't a good way for such an app. note: restarting the app, clearing the cache, uninstalling and reinstalling everything was done. still no use, it doesn't work the way it used to. I can't raise a support ticket as well.

showing alert as you have received the scratch card but not ableOkay, so I got a notification that I won a scratch card, which was exciting! But then I couldn't actually *find* the darn thing anywhere on the app. I spent ages searching, and even checked all the usual places, but nothing! Now, a few days later, it says the scratch card has expired, what a bummer. Seriously, what's the point of winning if you can't even use it?! to find it where it is. after few days showing as expired

a great app . but there is a problem if I send money to someone via phone no then i cannot remove them from the "payments & chats" section i think there should be an option to hide someone in "payment &chat" bcz we have to pay to random people sometimes and it's annoying seeing there name on top. it was very annoying for me. Edit: I don’t want the transaction history to be deleted — I just wish there was an option to hide people in the “Payments & Chats” section.
